    The clinic can be very busy and sometimes it is not possible to see everyone on the day they attend but everyone will be triaged (assessed).

    If a priority service is needed, a same day emergency slot will be offered. For everything else, a same day appointment is given if available and if not, an appointment is offered to attend on another clinic day.  

    Priority service includes:
    - young people under 18 
    - those who need emergency contraception
    - those who need post exposure prophylaxis (HIV)
    - those with severe or urgent symptoms
